The protocol is written. Is the deck going to survive it?
Paste your Opentrons protocol.py and, if you have one, the plate map of what is
actually in the labware. Before you sign in, this page reads the protocol properly: it builds
the deck map, multiplies your loops out, budgets tips against the racks the pipettes were
given, checks every volume against the pipette that performs it, and adds up what each well
gives out and takes in. Then four lanes work the run itself.
Both examples ship with a saved model run for every lane, so you can see all four outputs end to end without signing in and without spending a credit.
